The words that matter most rarely get written down.

They're said in passing at weddings, mumbled at hospital bedsides, saved too long for the eulogy. The group chat scrolls away. The voicemail box fills. And the people we love go years without holding proof of what everyone around them actually thinks of them.

So we make kits — one person invites the others, each writes one real letter, and the letters are gathered, sealed, into a keepsake meant to be opened at the right moment. And we make letters — a guided way to write the one you've been putting off, penned, sealed, and mailed for the day it belongs to.
