One kit, three ways to keep it.
Every memorial kit gathers letters digitally — writers seal them online, wherever they are, over as many weeks as it takes. What you choose here is how the family receives them. Nothing is charged until every letter is in.

Questions people ask
When am I charged?
Not when you start. You gather the letters first; you approve and pay only once every letter is in. You can change the keepsake tier anytime before then.
Can writers add a photograph?
Yes — every memorial kit invites each writer to add one optional photograph with their letter. On the Photographs and Keepsake box tiers we print them; on the Letters tier they’re gathered and kept, and you can upgrade to have them printed.
Is there a limit on how many people can write?
A kit holds up to thirty writers. The price is per keepsake, not per writer — invite as many of them as you’d like.
Who can read the letters?
No one, until the keepsake is in the family’s hands. Each letter is sealed and encrypted the moment it’s written — not the other writers, not you, not us. They’re opened on paper, together.
How long do we have to gather them?
As long as you need. Grief doesn’t keep a schedule. We send gentle reminders — never more than two per writer — and then hand it back to you, because a personal word from you lands best.
Is the keepsake mailed or digital?
The gathering is digital, so writers can be anywhere. The keepsake itself is printed and delivered — the letters, the photographs, and, on the box tier, the keepsake box.
Ready when you are.
Start the kit, invite the people who loved them, and let the letters come in gently.
